TechSys Consultants Pty. Ltd. End User License Agreement

READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY
DOWNLOADING OR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE OR RUNNING THE
SOFTWARE OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE
TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO
THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OR INSTALL THE
SOFTWARE, DELETE ALL COPIES OF IT
FROM YOUR COMPUTER.

This WinCal package is owned by TechSys Consultants Pty. Ltd.
(hereafter also called Authors).
Authors grants to the user rights to evaluate unregistered copy of WinCal for trial
(for a limited time of 30 days only).
Registration will grant to the user a nonexclusive license to use registered
copy of WinCal solely for the computer that was used to generate the user
registration key. The user shall not COMMERCIALLY sublicense, resell, or
otherwise transfer for any consideration, or reproduce for any such purposes,
the registered copy of WinCal or any modifications or derivations thereof,
either alone or in conjunction with any other product or software program.
Further, the user shall not modify both registered and unregistered copy of WinCal.
However user can freely redistribute UNREGISTERED form of WinCal files as long as it
is complete and contains all files that the user originally downloaded
from WinCal/TechSys Website. WinCal will print an "Published using Unregistered Copy of WinCal" on
all printed outputs while WinCal is unregistered.

WinCal IS PROVIDED TO THE USER "AS IS."
AUTHORS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
WITH RESPECT TO WinCal AND/OR ASSOCIATED MATERIALS PROVIDED TO THE USER,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY -- AUTHORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS
OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY,
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, LOSS OF PROFITS,
OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY,
CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.

The governing laws for this license agreement are the laws of
the state of New South Wales, Australia.
